Just a banana and seed bar between 7am and 3pm was not enough...lunch at 3pm after so much physical exertion made us irritable, uncomfortable and very hungry. We also did not like getting picked up first at 7:15 and dropped off last.”

After trying to contact them and GYG for 45 minutes, tour provider and GYG solved the issue and agreed to take us at 10 am, 1 hour later than usual. Our “tour guide” was not an actual guide but a person who knew the area. He didn’t speak English, although we HAVE paid for an English tour. We arrived to the port for the boats for Sumidero Canyon.
