“Originally this was supposed to be a am tour and it turned into a pm 1 o'clock start. They said ihe time changed due to maintenance,however I did not believe them. The tour probably should have been cancelled due to bad weather as it was very choppy. The snorkel part lasted about 40 minutes and the rules made you feel like a little kid. We witnessed several people being reprimanded. They were very angry! After a rough ride back they served a lunch which was fine and the drinks were fine. All in all stay away from this tour as your bird dogged and treated like kids rather then adults..…”

The crew was rude as soon as we got on the boat, especially the guy who takes the photos. The photographer took 6, maybe 7 photos of us and asked for $50 US dollars! $50! America is expensive but even they don’t ask for $50 for 6-7 pictures. The photos were nice and we wanted to buy them but there was no way we were going to pay that and be able to get back to our hotel. I should also share that we are a Black family. I asked…”
