Even though on my receipt it clearly says name of hotel they had the wrong location. Then we finally arrive in Cancun at the dock and there was now huge confusion to find our catamaran. The line was 30 min long. The crew was amazing! The tour guide that took us out was awesome! Took his time to make sure everyone was accounted for in the water at all times and waited for ppl to catch up! The description says boxed lunch…”
